Meet Katie Beymer
Real Estate Through the Lens of Design, Strategy & Experience
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Katie Beymer has always had a connection to homes and the places where people build their lives. Growing up in a real estate family, she was surrounded by the industry from an early age and developed a natural curiosity for what makes a property special—not only how it looks, but how it functions, evolves, and creates long-term value.
Katie graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Design and Construction, focusing on housing and business. This unique background shaped the way she approaches real estate today: combining market knowledge with an understanding of design, construction, and the opportunities hidden within a property.
Licensed in Oregon since 2006 and Washington since 2008, Katie brings more than 20 years of experience across all areas of residential real estate. Her background includes property management, working alongside general contractors, new construction, remodeling, and helping clients make strategic decisions around one of their largest investments.
What sets Katie apart is her ability to see beyond what is currently there. She understands how thoughtful improvements, intentional design, and smart planning can transform a home and maximize its potential. Whether guiding buyers toward a property with opportunity, helping sellers prepare their home for the market, or advising investors on their next move, Katie brings a unique combination of creativity, construction knowledge, and real estate expertise.
Her approach is simple: listen carefully, provide honest guidance, and create a strategy tailored to each client's goals. Real estate is not just about transactions—it's about helping people make confident decisions about where they live, invest, and build their future.
Outside of real estate, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, exploring interior design projects, practicing hot Pilates, hiking, and discovering everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
